Transcript of April 22 hearing before judge England will be available on April 30th

Interesting coincidence:
I was getting ready to file above motion for an order to release transcript, as I was not getting a response from the court reporter. Suddenly my scanner did not work and I decided to do it a little later on another scanner and file. At the same time I finally got a response from the court reporter. The transcript of April 22 hearing will be available on April 30th, at which time I will proceed
